Vice President of Asset Management for IFA Hotels & Resorts

Having graduated from Thames Valley University with an HCIMA Professional Certificate and Brighton College of Technology with an HCIMA Professional Diploma, Patrick completed the prestigious Five Year Hotel Management Training Programme with The Savoy Group in London. After his extensive experience with The Savoy Group, Patrick progressed into consulting with both PKF and HVS International in London, gaining extensive experience conducting feasibility studies, operational audits, investment viability studies, and valuations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa and joined IFA Hotels & Resorts in April 2004.

In his role as Vice President of Asset Management for IFA Hotels & Resorts, he is responsible for enhancing the long term underlying value of the asset (hotel, resort, etc) by maximising the relationship between owner (IFA Hotels & Resorts) and the hotel operator. Patrick’s team ensures the operator’s vision in terms of delivery and servicing of the asset is aligned with IFA Hotels & Resorts’ standards, ultimately resulting in a positive and long term partnership between the company and the operator.
